The Citadel Student Stage
Event Description
Get a taste of what it takes on the stage and behind the scenes. Workshops include acting musts such as how to audition, movement, voice, and character analysis. The technical side of theatre is also explored through instruction in lighting, sound, scenic design, costuming, and props. Students will showcase their favorite talent at an evening with friends, family, and audience members.
During the week the performers will learn from local artists with resumes that include technical and performance degrees. Students will be able to talk with our staff and learn what life is like pursuing their passion for theatre through school and beyond. The camp is an excellent way to foster self-expression, confidence, determination, and collaboration through theatre education and performance.
Sessions
$150 per student (add $5 processing fee when using paypal or credit card)
Each session is limited to 20 students. Grade is determined by Fall of 2017 school year.

July 10th – 15th
1st through 12th grade 1pm to 5pm
A Showcase caps the experience on Friday July 15th!
