Mission Statement
Enter Stage Right uses the power of performing arts as education to impact, inspire, and enrich lives in a positive way.

Core Values
*The guiding principles of ESR center around a commitment to community based professional quality theatre. As community based, our goal is to portray a theatre that speaks to and from the community.
*We believe that the theatre is a place for one to find their unique self and should be accessible to all, regardless of physical or mental ability, class, race, religion, or orientation.
*We believe that to be truly collaborative, we must put aside individual ego to work professionally and passionately toward the goals of the company.
*We work in multiple capacities onstage, backstage and offstage as a collaborative team.
Objectives
*To advance theatre as a vital art form – one play, one class, one conversation at a time.
*To deepen and expand the artist/audience connection.
*To cultivate and nurture artists, directors and designers, to advance their potential and creative being.
*To explore and create a variety of theatre styles and genres.
